Dr Kate KWAN had work experience in different banks in Hong Kong, including JP Morgan, Societe Generale, HSBC, Citigroup, and Banco Santander. She is currently leading Programme Engagement & Strategic Partnership at Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.
In 2023, she has been awarded by 亞洲週刊 the “Global Outstanding Young Leaders Award”.
Mr Teddy CHOW
Head of Digital Banking Transformation Office
Chong Hing Bank Limited
Mr Teddy CHOW has been working in banking industry for more than 20 years. Currently he is the Head of Digital Banking Transformation Office in Chong Hing Bank, overseeing the development of digital banking products and strategies in the bank. Before joining Chong Hing Bank, he is the Deputy Head of E-Banking Services Department in Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited, overseeing the bank’s omini-channels development and customer services.
He specializes the development of AI, tokenization, IADS use cases, as well as various UI/UX design in digital banking products. He also specializes in the field of data analytics and social media marketing. Teddy holds a degree of BBA, Mater of Science in Applied Economics in City University of Hong Kong and Master of Arts in Japanese Studies in The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Participants who attend the entire activity will be awarded 1 iGPS unit.
