Associate Programme

We recruit high-calibre graduates with a passion in the garment industry to join our Associate Programme. In this 2.5 years programme, we prepare Associates to become our top leaders through diversified programme as well as navigating the career in the highway to leadership. We have three function-specific Associate Programmes – Business, Production and Technical – across our 2 divisions, Knits and Denim. Our programmes are designed to unleash the potential of our young talents and to develop their leadership capabilities.
